Tough times never last, but Tough Muscles do!

It all starts with a consultation - gain a thorough understanding of what course of action you have to take, in order to achieve your fitness goals within a timeframe of your choice and let's get to work!

Upon purchasing a consultation, email viktor@toughmuscles.co.uk to state your preferred dates and times for your consultation (which is 30 minutes long), as well as to provide the following information about your:

1) fitness goals and timeframe to achieve them;

2) favourite and least favourite exercises;

3) current training routine;

4) training history;

5) current and past health condition(s) and/or injuries;

6) sleep pattern(s);

7) nutrition (number of meals daily, quality of food and portions, medication and/or supplements if any);

8) family status;

9) job occupation;

Please include as much or as little information about all of the above numbered bullet points, as that based on that information, during your consultation you will be provided with a detailed explanation, as to what, when and how much exercise would be most suitable for you to do in order to achieve your goals within the timeframes you have outlined.

After the consultation, choose between the following personal training packages:

- 20 sessions held over the course of 24 weeks;

- 10 sessions held over the course of 12 weeks;

- 5 sessions held over the course of 6 weeks.

Each training session is 60 minutes long and all sessions are held online (or in person, should you wish to travel to Wimbledon, London, UK) at prearranged times for 5 weeks ahead and each personal training package includes a personalised training programme.

At the end of every 5 weeks period, the arranged times for personal training sessions are either confirmed again or changed to new ones for another 5 weeks.

If you need to reschedule a session for whatever reason, please do so with a 7 days notice and provide as many preferred days and times as possible.

Last minute cancellations are tolerated, however a cancelled session will be considered as a session completed.

Should you wish to benefit from a personalised approach towards your training programme, without having to commit to personal training sessions, then purchasing a 6-12 months personalised training programme is the way to go.

First, a 30 minutes online consultation will be held to discuss the information you have provided in regards to the above numbered bullet points, after which within 48 hours you will receive your training programme, along with videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise with correct technique (thus helping you maximise training results and minimise any risk of injury) and a second video call, this time 60 minutes long, will be held within the next 7 days, at a convenient time for you, to discuss your thoughts on your training programme and discuss any questions you might have.

Join the upcoming 8th June Bar Muscle Ups workshop at 2pm, the Sissy Squats workshop at 4pm, or both at Sleven Fitness in London, UK and learn everything you need to get your first Bar Muscle Up and Sissy Squat, increase your repetitions and further improve your technique.

There only 8 spaces are available for each workshop, as I want to give you as much attention to detail throughout the workshop and answer, in great depth, all questions that you have, in order to guarantee you make the most of your time spent with me and ensure valuable information necessary for your individual Bar Muscle Ups and Sissy Squats progress has been thoroughly understood and put into practice.
