How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Tough Muscles Activewear orders totalling £200 and above is free of charge, orders below £200 cost the following:
- £10 to ship anywhere in the UK;
- £30 to ship anywhere in the EU;
- £50 to ship anywhere internationally (all countries that are not part of the EU and UK).
Shipping KENGURU PRO Garden Gym is free of charge in the UK, subject to change after the first 5 garden gyms have been sold.
Are there additional shipping costs, such as taxes and duties?
No, all Tough Muscles Activewear orders are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), hence you will never have to pay a single penny more than what your clothes cost (apart from paying for delivery, should your order be less than £200).
There are no additional fees to be paid for receiving your KENGURU PRO Garden Gym in the UK - for any KENGURU PRO Garden Gym enquiries outside of the UK, please get in touch on viktor@toughmuscles.co.uk .
When will my order arrive?
Your Tough Muscles Activewear will be delivered expressly within 2 to 3 business days (1 business day for processing your order and up to 2 business days for shipping worldwide).
Once you have purchased a KENGURU PRO Garden Gym, contact us on viktor@toughmuscles.co.uk and let us know your preferred day and time for delivery and installation.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship Tough Muscles Activewear (free of charge on orders above £100) to almost all countries in the world.
Absolutely, we currently offer free shipping of KENGURU PRO Garden Gym to UK customers only - for any KENGURU PRO Garden Gym enquiries outside of the UK, please email us on viktor@toughmuscles.co.uk .
Which shipping company do you use?
DHL Express is the shipping company used for all Tough Muscles Activewear.
METASPORT LTD is the UK distributor of KENGURU PRO and manages the shipping (free of charge within the UK) of KENGURU PRO Garden Gyms via third-party providers.
