Cancellation policy

At Tough Muscles, we offer certain products through flexible purchase options such as pre-orders, subscription plans, and payment installments (“Purchase Options”).

When you place an order using one of these Purchase Options, you agree to the specific terms shown at checkout, including price, billing frequency, and delivery schedule.

You may cancel or modify your subscription any time before your next billing date by contacting us at viktor@toughmuscles.co.uk.

Cancellations requests made after a charge has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the product has shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Installment orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. After the order ships, cancellation or changes can’t be made until the balance is fully paid and the product is returned under our return policy.

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, which usually takes 5-10 working days.
