About Viktor Genov
I'm Viktor Genov, founder of Tough Muscles.
I've been coaching professionally for over 11 years and have specialised in calisthenics from the beginning of my coaching career.
Over the years I've worked with hundreds of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them build strength, develop skills, improve body composition, recover from setbacks and achieve goals they previously thought were out of reach.
My coaching combines practical experience, biomechanical understanding, extensive self-directed study and continuous experimentation.
What matters most to me is helping clients discover what they're truly capable of and build strength and confidence through competence.
