A bespoke training programme is fully personalised and tailored to your specific needs - taking into consideration your fitness goal, health and exercise background and current lifestyle, I will create the most suitable exercise routine based on your individual circumstances and you will achieve your fitness goal within 3, 6 or 12 months!

After payment has been made, you will receive your bespoke training programme within 48 hours, along with videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise with correct technique (thus helping you maximise training results and minimise risk of injury), and a second call, this time a 60 minutes video call, will be held within the next 7 days, from receiving your training programme, at a convenient time for you to express your thoughts about your training programme, run you through every exercise and discuss any additional questions you might have!

Should wish to achieve your fitness goal within 6 or 12 months, every 3 months you will have:

• a 30 minutes call with me to discuss your training progress and changes in your circumstances, if any;
• an updated training programme, which you will receive within 48 hours after our call;
• new videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise with correct technique;
• a 60 minutes video call within the next 7 days, from receiving your training programme, at a convenient time for you to share your thoughts about your training programme, run you through every exercise and discuss any additional questions you might have!
