From elevating your mood and feeling a sense of fulfilment to increasing your physical and mental capacity to handle any kind of stressful jobs, the health benefits of doing Calisthenics (bodyweight strength training) exercises are countless and priceless.
You will experience my online coaching from the comfort of your home or your favourite gym, however, should you wish to see me in person, you can enjoy a breath of fresh air out in nature, come rain or shine, as our personal training sessions will be held at my private, Wimbledon based, Outdoor Gym - my very own Calisthenics park - and, of course, I will sometimes coach you at my indoor studio, fully equipped with everything you need (a pull-up bar, rings, weights, a bench for Nordic Curls, you name it), for example when we have Leg Day, it's pouring cats and dogs outside or the weather is simply freezing.
I'm here to help you achieve your fitness goals through the means of Calisthenics, coaching you how to get the most out of your workouts, nutrition and lifestyle and teaching you valuable skills for life.
Depending on the nature of your personal circumstances and priorities, it could take 3-12 months or even longer to achieve your fitness goals - be it Strength Gain, Skills Development, Muscle Building or Weight Loss, however challenging and complex your fitness goals might be, I'm here for you to:
- design a training programme tailored to your needs and interests;
- train you in ways you simply can't commit to on your own and help you achieve goals way beyond what you currently consider the realm of possibility;
- supply you with all relevant information related to achieving your fitness goals, including but not limited to adequate exercise selection, safe and correct exercise technique, nutritional advise and how to ensure you get a good night sleep everyday;
- teach you how to develop impeccable discipline and apply it, in every aspect of your life, on an ongoing basis, without fail;
- hold you accountable for your actions, both during and outside of our personal training sessions (especially your actions outside of our PT sessions);
- support you along your incredible journey of becoming a fitter, healthier, and most importantly, happier version of yourself.
Each personal training session is 1 hour long and I can train you however many times a week you fancy, from once weekly to coaching you during all of your sessions (my availability is from 7am until 8pm Sunday to Friday, Saturday is my day off), choosing from a pack of 8, 16 or 24 sessions, with an expiry of 16, 32 or 48 weeks from the date of purchase for a pack of 8, 16 and 24 sessions respectively, giving you a piece of mind for not losing any sessions when going on holidays, travelling for work, taking unexpected leave or falling ill.
Regarding my cancellation policy, should you wish to reschedule a personal training session for whatever reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance (otherwise you will lose that session).
