Learn one of the best calisthenics lower body exercises, that you can perform anywhere - Sissy Squats - and build incredible strength and muscle mass in your calves, quads and glutes!

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • massively improve your balance using correct technique during a Calf Raise Hold, which is the starting point of each Sissy Squat;
  • perform Reverse Nordic Curls, an easier version of Sissy Squats;
  • do Sissy Squats with the assistance of a partner;
  • perform Calf Raise Squats and Squat Hold Calf Raises;
  • do Sissy Squats without the assistance of a partner!

With 8 spaces available, this 2 hours workshop offers quality coaching and attention to detail for every single attendee, hence the limited availability!

The workshop is beginners focused and it will take place at a CrossFit gym called Sleven Fitness - 78-79 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7TP - when all 8 spaces have been booked, after which a date for the workshop will be decided on by all participants.

No prior experience is needed and everyone passionate about Calisthenics and self-development is welcome!
