Learn one of the best calisthenics upper body exercises, that requires only a pull up bar - Bar Muscle Ups - gain explosive strength and build muscle mass in your forearms, triceps, biceps, shoulders, back and chest.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- hold a Semi-False Grip when hanging from a pull up bar, which is the starting point of each Bar Muscle Up;
- pull up high with coordinated swinging;
- go over the bar with the assistance of a partner/resistance band;
- perform Straight Bar Dips;
- go over the bar without the assistance of a partner/resistance band.
This workshop is beginners focused and it will take place at a Vauxhall based high-end CrossFit gym called Sleven Fitness, which is located on 78-79 Albert Embankment, SE1 7TP.
With only 8 spaces available, this 3 hours workshop offers high quality coaching and attention to detail focused on every single attendee, hence the limited availability.
No prior experience is needed and everyone passionate about Calisthenics and self-development is more than welcome.
Please note that only when all 8 spaces have been booked, a Saturday (3pm-6pm), for the workshop to take place on, will be chosen by all participants in a group email discussion and we will commit to a particular Saturday only once all 8 people have agreed on a Saturday that suits everyone.
